Service Description

Allow the chair to support you through a one hour guided yoga class. Chairs are provided. Feel free to bring a blanket for extra cushion and/or final resting pose at the end of the class on the ground or floor. Bring water, as it will be hot mid summer. Bug repellant and sunscreen are to be applied before entering the property.
